Overview

The Creative Content and Data Services Manager plays an essential role leading experienced long-form writers and tenured data experts in curating capital market- and marketing-oriented content. The Creative Content team produces includes long-form articles, video scripts, talking points, press releases and other deliverables shared with PCG clients globally, or published our corporate websites, mobile app, third-party platforms like YouTube and more. 

 

The Opportunity: 

 

A successful Creative Content and Data Services Manager is well versed in our investment philosophy and market outlook, plus, firm voice and brand. Proven project management expertise is necessary. As a team leader, you will be high-minded and support the team by hosting skill- and knowledge-building exercises on writing, capital markets, data visualization and project management. As a member of CCG Leadership, this Mangaer role is responsible for communications and project updates to partners in Global PCG Mktg., US PCGI and PCGI, CCG leadership and other members of Executive leadership and reporting to the GVP of Global Communication Services.

Factors that make you well suited for this Manager role include previous FI management experience, being an active PCG client events host and previous IC or Research experience. Previous FactSet or Macrobond experience.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee production and review of important content deliverables, including new marketing brochures, long-form articles and video scripts on topical market events, our investment philosophy, how we helps clients and retirement- and financial planning topics

  • Set tasks, deadlines and goals for group members, overseeing execution and completion.

  • Be a resource for questions, address errors and elevate appropriately

  • Ensure compliance with existing procedures, participating in the development of new procedures

  • Train team members in specific areas of expertise, including offering ongoing skill- and knowledge-building exercises and 1:1 coaching on writing, capital markets, data visualization and project management

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Have experience writing for or working in Financial Services, ideally investing

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of financial services/investing concepts and vocabulary

  • Experience comfortably and effectively tailoring communications to team members, partners, management teams and executive leadership

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams

  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.

  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
