We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, longevity, mental health, and primary care.
We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.
Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.
We’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >180x since Sept 2022, >10x since Nov 2023, and are strongly cashflow positive. We have expanded our state coverage to >95% of US population, have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone), and are eyeing up international expansion.

The Opportunity as Creative Associate
Fella Health is building a world-class team.
As a Creative Associate at Fella Health, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the creation and organization of high-quality content that powers our DTC ads and organic social media campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and manage relationships with content creators, videomakers, photographers, and influencers, ensuring timely and efficient content production. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a structured and organized content library in Google Drive to streamline access for our creative team.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, allowing you to work asynchronously in your preferred timezone.
You’ll report directly to our Creative Lead (André Andrade) and collaborate closely with the media, design, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
Straight away
Manage Content Creators:
Outreach & Negotiation: Proactively reach out to, negotiate with, and manage relationships with UGC creators, videomakers, photographers, and influencers to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage a monthly content creation budget to secure the best quality content at optimal costs.
Organize Creative Assets:
Google Drive Management: Organize and maintain a clear folder structure on Google Drive, ensuring the creative team has easy access to all assets, facilitating a seamless workflow for content development.
Support Creative Strategy:
Creative Needs: Attend creative meetings, take notes on the content needs for DTC ads, and act quickly to acquire the necessary content that supports top-performing campaigns.
In the near future
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Partnership Development: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with content creators, videographers, and influencers, building a strong network of creators for ongoing and future projects.
Innovate and Scale:
Content Innovation: Stay informed of emerging content trends and platforms to recommend innovative approaches for future campaigns, ensuring the content remains fresh and engaging.
Need to Have
Language: you are fluent in spoken & written English.
Intensity: you’re very dedicated and ambitious. You will be pushed hard and you need to want that.
Experience: You have 2+ years of experience managing relationships with content creators, photographers, videographers, and UGC creators.
Organizational Skills: You are highly organized with a proven track record of managing digital assets (e.g., photos and videos) within a structured folder system like Google Drive.
Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and media buying teams.
Budget Management: Experience managing project budgets and optimizing content production costs.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a desire to build something impactful in a fast-paced environment.
Learning: you're an autodidact with impressive speed and resourcefulness. You regularly teach yourself the skills you need from scratch.
Trenches: you don’t hesitate to get your hands dirty in the trenches. You’re not too pretentious to grind it out.
Mindset: you calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations.
Nice to Have
DTC experience: Previous experience working in a DTC company, especially in the health sector, is a plus.
Familiarity with social media ads: Understanding the creative needs for Meta and YouTube Ads, along with experience in content marketing for these platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $21k/yr total comp inclusive of equity
Vacation: PTO with a yearly minimum (>2wks/yr + local national holidays)
