About the Role:

We are looking for a couples therapist interested in a contractor position to partner with an existing diverse clinical team to provide therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, start-up environment. You will treat adult couples using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Candidates must be licensed in Washington DC at the masters or doctoral level, well-versed in evidence-based therapies and expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care.

Qualifications:

  • PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC
  • Current License and located in Washington DC. 
  • Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment.
  • Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling. 
  • Must be registered with the Washington DC Board of Behavioral Science.
  • Clinicians are required to maintain appropriate licensure through the Washington DC Board of Behavioral Science or Washington DC Board of Psychology.
  • At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience required.
  • Formal training in couples therapy and 1 year of experience treating couples.
  • Preferred if you are currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients.
  • Preferred if you have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services.
