Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As Counsel on the U.S. Regulatory Change Management (RCM) team, you will become familiar with the compliance and regulatory obligations of the company’s operational subject matter areas. You will be assigned subject matter areas that are complex and have a significant impact. You will utilize legal research tools to identify, monitor, and analyze the impact of U.S. legislation and regulatory activity of your assigned subject matter areas. And you will report your analysis to partners in Compliance, Regulatory Legal, Corporate Affairs, Business partners, and other impacted areas. You will direct regulatory change management projects and partner with compliance on U.S. program improvements. Also, you will create and maintain certain legal surveys related to key operational subject matter areas.

- Providing accurate and concise impact analysis;
- Building relationships with partners in Compliance, Regulatory Legal, and other key departments;
- Enhancing program effectiveness and efficiencies;
- Continuing to understand potential impact of legislation and regulatory activity;
- Exercising sound legal judgment; and
- Demonstrating good leadership.

- Experience in regulatory agencies or legislative bodies;
- Strong compliance and legal experience;
- Proficient in legal research tools;

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
