We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Counsel, Global Compliance Investigations!

As Associate Director and Counsel, Global Compliance Investigations, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading investigations of potential violations of regulatory and/or internal policy requirements, drafting disclosures and/or reports regarding verified violations (as applicable), and coordinating with business stakeholders to assess root cause and develop corrective actions. This role covers both Ethics and Compliance and Global Trade investigations internationally across P&W. The selected candidate will be a member of the Global Compliance team in P&W’s Legal, Contracts and Compliance organization and will report to the Director & Senior Counsel, Global Compliance Investigations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting investigations of potential violations of global trade, ethics and compliance, and certain government contracting laws and/or policies.
• Analyzing allegations and investigation findings to determine regulatory and other external reporting requirements and drafting disclosures and reports for submission to government agencies and/or internal stakeholders. 
• Partnering with various stakeholders across the company to identify root causes of regulatory and/or policy violations and develop robust corrective actions.
