Cost Analyst- ACEIT

The Opportunity:
CACI seeks a cost analyst with ACEIT experience to join our team and support our customer, the Army Acquisition Program Office, Fort Belvoir. This is a remote position for candidates in the National Capital Region, as occasional travel to the customer site (Fort Belvoir, VA or APG, MD) is necessary.
Only candidates who live or are willing to relocate to the capital region will be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Government by providing cost analysis and estimating support in developing cost models for estimating program resource requirements and life cycle cost estimates.
•Provide subject matter expertise in developing and maintaining Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACE-IT)cost models and files.
• Assist the Government in developing cost estimates for work packages and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) as the Government specifies.
• Participate in program/budget scheduling and planning activities that involve formulating broad and specific guidelines for planning program elements and sub-elements.
• Prepare recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans to include DoD-mandated documents such as the Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD), Program Office Estimates (POEs), and Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs).
• Prepare and modify Procurement (P-Forms) and the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Descriptive Summaries(RDTE, or R-Forms) with input from the Program team.
• Align annual budgets to spending plans, ensuring DoD goals are met for obligations and disbursements.• Participate in program/budget reviews with all levels of the Department of Defense.
Qualifications:
Required:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Eight (8) years of experience as a cost/price analyst.
Solid experience with ACEIT.
A BA/BS degree in a related field is required.
A Master's degree or higher may be substituted for 3 years of experience as long as the degree is in a related field.
An additional eight (8) years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
