Corporate Vice President - Digital Experience Lead

We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead for enhancing the digital workplace by leveraging modern technology to improve employee satisfaction and productivity. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of DEX tools, ensuring seamless integration of technology, and driving engagement and productivity across the organization to.
What You’ll Do:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive DEX strategy to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
2. Lead Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of DEX tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT infrastructure.
3. Lead the Team: Oversee a high-performing team and continuously improve the User Experience, focusing on both employee and customer satisfaction.
4. Govern the EUC Experience: Develop governance frameworks and processes to standardize, measure, and optimize the technology experience across the organization.
5. Align Operational Processes: Collaborate with IT, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to align operational processes with the organization’s customer experience principles.
6. Measure and Optimize: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of EUC initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and continuous improvement.
7. Champion the Customer: Advocate for the end-user, ensuring their needs are prioritized in all technology decisions and initiatives.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across departments to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience.
9. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital experience management to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on digital workplace solutions and employee experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing technology, customer experience, or digital experience management.
• Experience in building and managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong expertise in EUC tools, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms such as NexThink, and related technologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• A track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable business results.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $125,000-$212,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
