The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The FP&A Manager for Corporate Staff Services (CSS) is a strategic finance leader and a key partner to the CSS CFO, responsible for integrating financial foresight and operational insight across 9 different corporate functions. Beyond core FP&A activities such as budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, this role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives like zero-based budgeting and managing spin-related dis-synergies. The FP&A Manager will also champion the development of new technology-based capabilities, such as CXO, and oversee the HR budget, ensuring that financial practices are standardized, efficient, and effective.

  • Lead the consolidation and analysis of financial data across nine functions within the Corporate Staff Services division, ensuring accuracy and coherence in reporting.
  • Develop and implement standard work processes for financial activities across departments to promote consistency, efficiency, and control.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial insights and recommendations to support the CFO of Corporate Staff Services in decision-making.
  • Respond to financial analysis requests from the Company C-suite leadership, delivering high-quality information to facilitate executive-level decisions.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of financial models and tools that support the evaluation of strategic initiatives, cost-saving opportunities, and investment decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and potential areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of financial performance and to identify opportunities for improvement.
