Summary of Position:

As a member of the Corporate Operations team, you will assist in the development and implementation of systems, processes, and policies with a goal of increasing operational efficiency.  The Corporate Operations team manages procedure and policy standardization, systems and process optimization and our global supply chain in support of our centralized corporate departments as well as our broad field organization who serve our students globally. This position is both analytical and highly collaborative, as we work across all business units to promote best practices aimed at providing a seamless experience for our employees and students alike.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Create, publish, and promote standard operating procedures across the organization.
  • Assist with cross-functional discovery to capture stakeholder requirements for implementation initiatives.
  • Assist with creation of and training for end-user tools for new and existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct research to gather and analyze data to support proposed organizational initiatives, including testing and reporting findings for new systems and processes proposed for organization-wide implementation.
  • Prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate inbound issues, as necessary
  • Assist with maintenance of centralized contract and procedure repository
  • Assist Vice President, Corporate Operations with administration of special projects, as required
  • Other duties, as assigned.

 

Education, Background, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS products: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Teams
  • Exceptional Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work autonomously; motivated self-starter with willingness to learn continuously to stay abreast of industry trends
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment and to identify issues and offer and implement solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability and experience to track multiple tasks and projects and be able to provide accurate and timely status updates

 

Salary: $57,000 per year, based on a 40 hour work week.
