Corporate HSE Administrator

The Corporate HSE Administrator plays an essential role in the organization by reporting and managing the medical surveillance program, ensuring compliance platforms are kept up to date, and reporting and managing auto claims.

 

What You'll Do

• Report all Canadian and United States auto claims to the carrier

• Oversee auto body damage claims for Canada and United States

• Act as back up for reporting of workers’ compensation claims

• Advise key stakeholders when accidents occur and continue to keep updated on status of same

• Maintain consistent, uniform, accurate and confidential claims files

• Maintain relationships with adjusters, account managers, broker and carrier

• Own contractor pre-qualification systems (Avetta, ISNetworld, etc) and ensures/maintains highest grading possible

• Responsible for retrieving Canadian workers’ compensation clearance letters from all provinces

• Provide weekly compliance platform grade reports to key stakeholders

• Maintain proper implementation of medical surveillance programs in all necessary locations

• Participate in quarterly reports

 

What You'll Bring: 

• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in related field

• Experience with HSE compliance registries

• Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Listening skills

• Organizational skills

• Knowledge of counting and basic math

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with the essential duties and responsibilities

• Ability to utilize Microsoft office suite

• Ability to solve practical problems

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and managers

• As necessary, other duties and/or projects may be assigned
