The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Manager FP&A will report directly to the Director FP&A of New Health Care Company (Solventum) and will be the owner of Enterprise Financial Planning and Reporting. The role will interface with Divisions, Corporate Functions, and key Finance stakeholders (Tax, IR, Treasury) to develop and deliver financial forecasts. Here, you will make an impact by:

As a Corporate FP&A Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Owning, augmenting, tracking, and updating the financial forecasting cycles including Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and weekly Latest Estimates
• Working with Division CFOs, Supply Chain CFO, and Functional Heads to build an Enterprise and Corporate view on Financials (P&L, BS, CF)
