Corporate Equipment Coordinator - Remote

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for supporting Strategic Accounts through order placement and pricing updates. This role will own specific accounts and territories and process all equipment orders properly and timely. Position includes close contact with all Strategic Accounts sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Confirm correct pricing received on Purchase Order/Quote and is adherent to current Strategic Account pricing structure 
  • Enter customer order into Order Processing System (i.e., Smartsales)
  • Generate a detailed order packet to send to Order Procurement Team to process orders effectively and efficiently
  • Order packet includes: customer Purchase Order, order specific instructions, wholesale pricing, etc.
  • Generate quotes for Strategic Account customers, upon request
  • Use centralized information (ex. Preferred Equipment Lists, Formularies (Contracts), and Field Assignments) within Teams, Smartsheets, Smartsales, and additional online tools to accurately route order from customer through procurement
  • Assist and work in tandem with Strategic Account field team to complete formularies (contracted pricing) for all accounts in a timely manner 
  • Field requests for returns, warranty replacement, status updates, order changes, cancelations, credit approvals, etc.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Prior Dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Henry Schein Dental ordering systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 3 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

SALARY RANGE:

The posted range for this position is $36,360 - $63,630 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
