- Minimum 1 year of retail travel and/or corporate travel agency experience - only experienced travel consultants will be considered
- Sabre/GDS system experience is ESSENTIAL
- Ability to interpret fare rules, change fees, additional collections
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness and work autonomously
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster based on a 24/7 business
- Experience in Lumina/Portal systems and self-ticketing are highly desirable
Position can be based in all AU cities with FCTG head offices
