ClickUp is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager that has strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end Accounting and Month-end close strategies. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of accruals, stock-based compensation, payroll and internal controls. This individual also possesses above average Excel knowledge and project management skills. The ideal candidate understands the importance of complete and accurate financial reporting and has prior experience in working with Corporate Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, Legal and other cross-functional teams within the company. The Role:

  • As a Corporate Accounting Manager, you will support the accounting close process and assist on strategic initiatives to further improve and automate the close.
  • Develop and implement internal controls in compliance with SOX.
  • Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and other key financial reporting processes.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills while partnering with FP&A to investigate reconciling differences and unexpected budget differences throughout the flux process.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and annual reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and automate accounting processes. Identify opportunities to implement technology solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in the financial close process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including Big Four public accounting experience and private experience preferably within the SaaS/Technology sector. We …
