About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to enable Rula’s Accounting teams through accounting excellence, innovation through technology, and improving accounting processes. We are looking for a Manager who delivers results and will be a key driver in helping us scale our accounting department. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to apply that business knowledge to the accounting department. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Accounting and will be a key player in the Corporate Accounting team and have responsibility for a diverse range of accounting, finance, and compliance duties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification required
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with the ability to guide and mentor team members to ensure accurate accounting operations
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Accounting
Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Experience participating in at least one financial statement audit cycle in an industry setting

Experience in healthcare or start-up environments
