Requirements:

• Proven track record with a minimum of a 7-figure Shopify brand

• Experience managing teams and departments

• In-depth understanding of the D2C market

• Hungry and motivated for a challenge

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing team efficiency

• Driving growth from €250k to €1M+

• Improving the quality of the brand and content

• Facilitating communication between departments (Creatives, Media Buying, CRO)

• Scaling operations to new markets (DE & UK)

• Adopting a high-level approach to business operations

• Reporting overall performance and guiding operations towards high profitability

Company Procedures:

• Efficient Communication: Be available from 8 AM AMS time until 6-7 PM

• Responsibility: Take full responsibility and accountability for your department
