The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software

  • Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up

  • Participates in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction

  • Provides troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers

  • Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime
     

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with Dematic Walmart Installs

  • Being willing to work nights and on-call coverage is a must

  • 5+ year's experience in a related field providing customer service support  

  • Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms 

  • Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting

  • Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience 

  • Strong customer service mentality 

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong verbal communication skills over the phone

  • Ability to work independently
