Our mission is to simplify the work of IT teams and enable them to create highly secure and compliant environments. Our software does this by seamlessly integrating with existing IT infrastructure to quickly remediate issues, ensure compliance, enhance security, and maintain clear visibility across all devices.
Recast is private equity-backed, global B2B SaaS company, and we're profitable and growing. Our team of 140 spans the U.S., Netherlands, UK, and Finland. Our software products are used by thousands of enterprise organizations in more than 125 countries, impacting millions of devices and (more importantly) the people who use them.
About the Role: As Controller, you’ll be a critical financial leader, shaping and scaling our global accounting operations during a period of exciting growth and transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this Director-level role is responsible for ensuring accurate, audit-ready financial reporting while building the foundation for automation, M&A integration, and strategic decision-making. You’ll lead a distributed accounting team, foster operational discipline, and serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and private equity partners. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires accountability, and aligns financial rigor with business outcomes.
