Controller (Manufacturing exp req) Description

Our client in the outdoor security solutions industry, is looking for a Controller to add to their team in Ennis, TX. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for partnering with the VP/GM of the business as well as supporting the Plant Manager on budgets, forecasts, and oversee all accounting and finance functions. You will manage a team of 3 accountants and partially manage overseas accounting staff. You will be involved in all aspects of strategic decision making, improving plant profitability, preparing the annual budget, estimates and forecasts as well as reporting the financial results. To be successful in this role you must have experience with cost accounting in the manufacturing industry. Ideal candidates will be seasoned accounting leaders, with excellent financial reporting and analysis skills.
