Contracts Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle for our procurement operations which sits in our Legal department. This role will ensure compliance, provide strong cross functional communication, mitigate risks, and optimize process efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive contracts are executed according to best practices and internal SLA’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contracting policies, templates, and best practices to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to mitigate risks and ensure proper contract execution
- Conduct contract process evaluations and identify opportunities for automation.
- Maintain a centralized contract management system (Gatekeeper) and ensure timely renewals and amendments.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract management and procurement policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+years of experience in procurement contract management, supplier negotiations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract best practices including standard T&C’s, experience with IT contracts a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders goals collaboratively.
- Contract Management Software experience, Gatekeeper a plus.

- Contract Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while minimizing contract-related risks.
- Operational Efficiency: Reduce contract processing time by implementing streamlined workflows and automation tools, improving turnaround times and stakeholder relationships.
For California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, or Washington residents, a reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role can be found below. For candidates residing in other geographic areas, the range will be adjusted based on location. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.

$82,400 - $104,000
California/New Jersey/New York Pay Range
$82,400 - $132,000
