RemoteJob DescriptionThe Environmental Airframe Control Systems (EACS) segment of the Collins Aerospace Power & Controls business is a diverse business providing products supporting Military and Commercial Air-framers and Industrial markets. The Legal, Contracts & Compliance functional team, specifically the Contracts & Business Management organization portion of the business has an immediate opening for a Co-op, Contracts supporting the OE Contracts team at the Windsor Locks, CT site. This role will be supporting our EACS business with general contracts tasks such as electronic file clean up, review of contractual documents for procedure compliance, support efforts for our new contracts repository tool, populating contract flow-down of requirements. This person will work hand-in-hand with our Contracts Managers and Contracts Administrators for guidance and direction.
Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
What You Will Do:
- Support electronic organization and clean up
- Provide Contracts Administration support to a small Customer or program
- Support file maintenance improvements
- Purchase Order and Contract compliance reviews
- Creation or update of tools using Microsoft applications
- Work special projects for the EACS Contracts team
What You Will Learn:
- Working with cross functional teams

- Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle
- Leading small projects
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
