Technology Aspect
Stellar Virtual and its affiliates require all employees and independent contractors to cover the costs associated with acquiring and providing the equipment (i.e., computers, internet service, telephone, home office setup, etc.) associated with remote employment.
At-Will Notice

Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for designing all company collateral, managing websites, and ensuring consistent and high-quality branding across all platforms. The ideal contractor will have a strong background in graphic design, web development, and brand management.
Contractor Services
- Create visually compelling designs for company collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, and videos.
- Develop multimedia content to support marketing, communications, and promotional efforts.
- Design, maintain, and update company websites to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ensure consistency and fidelity of company branding across all materials and platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Design and implement style and branding for new states.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual content and branding efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication campaigns.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information across various channels, including email, newsletters, social media, and company websites.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- Assist with creative thinking and design across all departments and schools.
- Other services as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in branding & design.
- Strong proficiency in content management systems and mass communication tools.
- Experience in graphic design and graphic design platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in website design and content management.
- Experience in video production and editing for social media, websites, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI video capabilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
Contractor Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in branding & design.
Contract Details
This scope of work is designed to ensure compliance with IRS regulations for independent contractors (1099), emphasizing the contractor's autonomy, defined deliverables, and independent work structure.
- Contract Duration: Present - June 30, 2025 (or until the contract is completed/terminated).
- Payment Terms: Hourly / Exempt
- Independent Contractor Status: The contractor will work as an independent contractor and will not be considered an employee. The contractor will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other benefits.
