We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage our Quality Control and Chat Support team. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the vetting of all incoming video content from creators, ensuring adherence to our brand's messaging, compliance standards, and content quality. Additionally, this role will manage the creator cooperation chat interactions within the TikTok Affiliate Center, ensuring that all relevant chats are promptly and accurately addressed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Management: Serve as the primary overseer of all incoming video content from creators. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, compliance with platform policies, avoidance of trademark infringement, and maintenance of high content quality. Collaborate with creators to provide constructive feedback and facilitate necessary revisions.
  • Chat Support Oversight: Lead the team responsible for monitoring and managing all chat interactions within the TikTok Affiliate Center. Ensure prompt and effective responses to creator queries, properly categorize chats that don't require responses, and escalate important information regarding top-performing creators.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of Quality Control and Chat Support specialists, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback. Conduct performance evaluations and develop processes to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on content quality and customer interaction standards. Communicate team performance and key concerns effectively to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance quality control and chat support processes. Implement best practices and tools to improve team performance and increase creator satisfaction.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus
