Real Chemistry is seeking a freelance recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will work on full life cycle recruitment for all levels across various capabilities, including but not limited to; advertising, medical and corporate. This role involves leveraging industry expertise to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and fostering a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, across multiple functions.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates based on business needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on best hiring practices.

  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition efforts to build inclusive teams for clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and recruitment innovations to address client challenges effectively.

What You Should Have:

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong track record in full life cycle recruiting for mid to senior-level roles with deep pharma expertise.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful recruitment strategies tailored to a high-volume in-house advertising or PR agency environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven expertise in client and candidate relationship management.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a freelance/contractor role, working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Range: $50.00-$65.00/hour

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
