Contract Implementation Administrator

The Contract Implementation Manager is responsible for serving as the central point of contact for all parties involved, including, but not limited to Contracting, Credentialing, Revenue Cycle Management and Audit teams in the process, and is ultimately responsible for ensuring timely execution, discovery and operationalizing of all payer regulations, and secure storage of all payer contracts for the company. The position will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of each contract to ensure that business goals are accomplished by the proper contract implementation.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Collaborating with various company teams and leadership to create a contract implementation strategy that ensures successful implementation with effective resource utilization and timely completion
- Conducting financial and utilization analysis, creating comprehensive and collaborative implementation plans, establish deployment KPI’s, timelines, and communication cadence
- Will be expected to present strategy plans or analysis to leadership
- Performing appropriate due diligence of payer guidelines, and operationalizing such that ensure prompt and accurate payment scenarios for company
- Staying abreast of, and providing timely internal communication to changes in payer regulations
- Developing and maintaining working knowledge of company operations and service offerings; leverages industry understanding to effectively position company for financial success
- Communicating with internal teams and customers on a regular basis to update progress and drive accountability to meet timelines
- Managing payer files to include payer contract, fee schedules and other related documents in both paper and electronic form
- Working cross functionally with internal stakeholders to support organizational requirements
- Functioning as primary responsible party for annual payer attestations and trainings

Basic Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related field and/or 2 years’ experience in either payer contracting, contract management, or healthcare revenue cycle management with a multi-state Durable Medical Equipment Supplier (DME)
- Strong competency of the US healthcare and payer rules specifically related to DME
- Proven ability to establish and foster stakeholder relationships
- Position requires approximately 10% travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Experience with payer policy review and implementation
- Experience working with Brightree DME software
- 5+ years’ experience working in DME
- Proven ability to work in a remote high paced environment

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $60,971 - $91,457. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
