Content Writers Team Lead (Hostinger Tutorials)

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented writers, ensuring our content is engaging, informative, and optimized for impact. Your role at HostingerAs a Content Writers Team Lead (Hostinger Tutorials), you’ll collaborate closely with content SEO, editors, localization as well as various marketing teams to lead content creation that will make an impact.Curious to learn more? What you will do:

• Lead a team of tutorials writers providing regular coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities.
• Actively participate in content planning based on individual team member strengths and business priorities.
• Ensure written content quality through adherence to deadlines, editorial guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other writers teams, content SEO, content editors, content localization, and other marketing teams to align content strategies with broader company goals.
• Oversee content creation to maintain high standards of clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Identify opportunities to refine and enhance existing content to maximize impact and relevance.

What we expect:

• Proven track record leading, hiring, and shaping strong content teams.
• 5+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a tech-focused or SaaS company.
• Strong collaboration skills, experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A strategic, customer-first thinker capable of independently managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console.
• An understanding of what’s good and bad copy — along with the reasons why (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc.)
• Alignment with Hostinger values - strong ownership, no-nonsense attitude to the team, being able to handle giving and receiving feedback well, andbeing flexible to change course if necessary.
