About this Job
This position executes the Data acquisition processes and sample maintenance of Consumer Panel households (30000) in UK. This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes. This entails engaging local partners like Statistical Operations and Input validation teams to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations.
Responsibilities:
- Executes the reception processes and associated project work for UK. Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
- Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, Website, conquest, surveys, communications...)
- Mobile application software maintenance
- Contact to global external providers: OLR(USA) Logistic team (UK) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (UK) and local ones: communication & printing providers, etc...
- Work in partnership with the country’s Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
- Work with Global Application Teams to test and implement new features in local Platforms and Applications
- Perform analyses and interpret the data, applying various calculations and formulas as needed as well as producing reports and presentations that clearly communicate the results of analyses.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
- Experience handling, manipulating data
- Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation
- Able to Work in an individual and/or team setting
Preferred:
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working remotely
