Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
We are seeking a motivated Consumer Channel Brand Manager to join our Cooper Lighting Solutions Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Cooper’s overall objectives for Retail Ecommerce
Identify target customer segments and their buying behaviors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and commercialization managers to ensure B brand strategy is synergistic and accretive with CLS portfolio of brands
Direct the style and content of brand stores and PDP's to drive traffic, conversion, and sales
Oversee product development to ensure that all products meet brand standards and resonate with target consumers
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
Develop and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other partners to drive additional traffic and revenue.
Monitor and report on brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
More about you
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
5+ years of experience in brand management in the consumer goods industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision making
Experience managing budgets and external partners, including agencies and vendors
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics

Salary: $115,900 - $169,950 based on experience level
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
