What will you be doing?

We are looking for a passionate client advocate with strong analytic and consulting skills to drive the adoption and advancement of Circana’s consumer and shopper solutions with a focus on the incremental value our Receipt Panel can deliver. The Consultant will serve as the Receipt Panel subject matter expert, collaborating with our clients and internal teams to add value by applying insights gleaned from Circana data sets. Seeking individuals with a natural curiosity and passion for consumer insights who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive training and adoption of Circana’s Receipt Panel Solution across client cross-functional departments with a key focus on providing incremental insights
  • Build sustainable client relationships and establish Circana’s Receipt Panel as an indispensable asset
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret consumer and shopper data and translate it into meaningful solutions that create value for the client
  • Proactively relate consumer insights to category/industry trends to identify and quantify client business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Track and organize multiple work streams against multiple client stakeholders and manage time and resources against changing priorities
  • Demonstrate interpersonal communication and presentation skills including regular and proactive communication with the internal and client teams
  • Create reports for clients and thought leadership on an ad-hoc and periodic basis
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions and/or studies to drive Circana’s growing engagement with clients

 

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, client services, retail or CPG
  • Experience with consumer panel data or customer data and an understanding of how consumer data can be used to identify business building opportunities for clients
  • Experience and practical application of utilizing longitudinal panel data is highly preferred
  • Commercial experience, with track record of working with clients to activate insights.
  • Expert in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities; curiosity tenacity, and drive
  • Aptitude to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights from several data sources.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Presentation skills and the ability to present to large groups or senior audiences
  • Ability to vocalize issues, ask questions, and challenge the “status quo” when appropriate
  • Strong project management skills; proven skills to maintain focus and poise amidst concurrent and competing priorities
  • Experience may be gained in one or more of the environments below:
    • Top-tier consulting firm (i.e., Accenture)
    • CRM-oriented software firm (i.e., Peppers & Rodgers)
    • Retail (i.e., Target)
    • CPG manufacturer (i.e., Kraft)
    • Market Research (i.e. Dunnhumby)

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $61,000.00 $120,000.00.
