The Project

As a Consulting Expert AI Data Trainer, your daily tasks will mirror typical consulting projects—performing industry analyses, developing strategic recommendations, evaluating business models, optimizing operational processes, and assessing market conditions. You'll create and refine datasets, ensuring AI outputs align with professional consulting standards.

Day in and day out, you will:

Train the AI

You’ll spend the bulk of your time generating voice samples and conversations around various ranges of topics.

Evaluate the AI

Our partner’s mission is to develop AI models that are safe, accurate, and beneficial to humanity. You will may evaluate the AI according to those criteria and our training methods. For example, you will be discerning the accuracy of the facts that the AI is outputting, but also the accuracy with which they interpret them.

Experience Required:

3+ years in consulting roles at established consulting firms
Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, market analysis, operational excellence, and problem-solving across diverse industries

Preferred:
Experience leading or training project teams
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)

This is an entry-level role perfect for voracious readers early in their careers, or for career switchers keen to enter the technology field. Pay begins between $11.00-$30.00 / hour to top applicants based on the experience & Qualification 

Must be Native in English(C1 - C2)
