Leidos has a great opportunity for a Consulting Employee to serve as an advisor to Leidos Capture and Proposal Management team in support of USAF ISR and Tactical Data Link opportunities with specific focus on 16AF and the 616OC.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor to Capture and Proposal teams by providing technical subject matter expertise as related to USAF ISR and TDL operations at 16AF. Provide expertise related to the 16AF customer and their technical challenges, requirements, and visions for innovation. Work as part of a capture team to provide advice and assist in developing solutions for assigned opportunities; managing relationships with partners and corporate staff for proposed solution development; participating in bid agenda development, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal reviews. Facilitate engagement/meetings with customers and support call plans Serve as a contributing author for responses to technical intelligence tasks outlined within the performance Work Statements of government Requests from Proposals (RFPs); document concepts, write responses, and articulate solutions, translating highly technical and complex concepts into easily understandable text for a variety of audiences. Collaborate with Capture Managers, Solution Architects, Program Managers and Volume Leads to drive development of proposal responses and ensure written responses align with proposal requirements. Work as part of a proposal team preparing response to government RFPs and RFIs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 25 or more years of USAF ISR, Cyber, Information Warfare and Operations Center experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience/oversight in Data Link operations.
15 years of experience working within HQ 16AF, 25AF, AFISRA.
Direct experience supporting the 616OC.
Direct experience supporting convergence efforts of ISR, Cyber and Information Operations.
Current knowledge and understanding of the 616OC operations, organization, mission, and technical requirements.
Current DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree.
Pay Range - $112,000 - $140,000
