Summary:
In this role, you will work with our providers to identify financial savings opportunities and increase operational efficiencies for Purchased Services consulting engagements. You will also create and analyze data to track performance measurement and make recommendations to improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current product usage, cost, operational, financial and/or clinical data in comparison to provider contracts and national data to uncover areas for cost reduction through standardization, substitution, and utilization and/or contract maximization.
Develop, execute, and track project plans and savings implementations.
Facilitate client meetings and discussions.
Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
Develop analytic models, conduct analyses activities, and present analyses to senior leadership.
Manage mid-level client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 or more years relevant experience required.
Ability to analyze, interpret and present data in meaningful ways required.
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel required.
Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
Previous experience working on Purchased Services or Support Services cost savings projects desired.
Analytical with strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to change.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
