Trissential is hiring a Consultant, Systems Analyst to join our client’s team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining critical imaging applications. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to applications supported by the Image Management Systems unit
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom system software and configurations for purchased applications
• Support hardware systems and software applications across multiple sites within the healthcare network
• Work independently to identify and resolve system issues, applying proven problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth system operations
• Evaluate alternative solutions and present recommendations for system improvements
• Maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, resource inventories, and implementation plans
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed to ensure system availability

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Significant experience in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Strong ability to work independently while staying focused on key issues
• Excellent communication skills, with experience interfacing directly with customers and technical teams
• Healthcare IT experience is highly desired—understanding of clinical workflows and imaging applications is a plus

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience
• OR Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience
