Job Family: Consulting Services
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid Work) or Remotely
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (Base Salary) + Profit Sharing, DOE

Job Summary

As a Consultant in the Pasona Consulting Services team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, customized solutions that optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and align with strategic objectives. This role encompasses a diverse range of consulting services beyond traditional BPR, integrating process, data, and technology-driven solutions

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Solution Design:
• • Conduct prospect interviews to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive consulting services.
  • Create, review, and present proposal documents to clients.
• Project Delivery:
• • Lead process improvement initiatives, including:
  • • Conducting interviews to extract and document client workflows.
    • Developing detailed process flow charts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate current operations.
    • Preparing professional presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as BPO and consulting services, to document requirements and implement solutions.
• Client and Team Collaboration:
• • Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings and brainstorming sessions to support business expansion goals.
  • Provide innovative perspectives and actionable insights to address team challenges.
• Business Development:
• • Take ownership of developing and expanding BPR and consulting services.
  • Support strategic planning and alignment with Pasona’s business objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Foundational knowledge of key business processes such as accounting, purchasing, sales, HR, or payroll.
• Experience with business management software, including ERP, accounting, HR, and payroll systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic and logical analysis to develop effective solutions.
• Project Management:
• • Ability to manage tasks under pressure, influence decisions, and drive change.
