Consultant, Business Capability Team Analysis (Salesforce Administration)

- Executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform.
- Salesforce user maintenance – support users in the following ways:
- Case management
- User and license management
- Defect management – identify defects and escalate to PO/PM/IT partners as appropriate
- Research and innovate new technical solutions.
- Stay informed of new Salesforce new features / functionality / updates
- Configuration management – work with RM/PM/PO & stakeholders to define optimal processes and configure the platform, including:
- Provide recommendations for process improvement.
- DevOps/release management, working within IT governance model and scrum framework
- User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Further define/refine requirements
- Administer and monitor data quality and health of the application. Work closely with the IT line to keep Salesforce working as designed.
- Communicate Salesforce updates or concerns with users, as needed
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
