Your Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT contact for new and existing applications
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document break/fix incidents with a focus on high-quality service
- Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotating schedule (approximately one week every nine weeks)
- Work directly with clinical customers, including administrative, nursing, and consulting staff, to ensure smooth system operation
- Collaborate with software vendors, including implementation teams and technical support, to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Participate in new software implementation projects (SaaS and on-prem) from planning to execution
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and process workflows
- Facilitate application onboarding, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Experience supporting vended software applications in a clinical setting
- Strong incident management skills, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving user concerns
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
- Experience coordinating with software vendors on implementations and technical support
- Strong project planning and multitasking skills, balancing support tickets, documentation, and implementation projects
- A willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to change, and ask the right questions
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with MS SQL databases or similar relational database management systems, including writing SQL queries
