- Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a caseload of 7-20 clients per week with session hours from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday. Create a balanced schedule without penalties for cancellations.

About the Role
We are seeking Consult Clinicians to deliver thoughtful, data-driven intake sessions with our clients. Utilizing your clinical expertise and technology, you will provide clients with high-quality and data-driven assessment services to ensure they are routed to the appropriate ongoing care. Our diverse team of Clinicians offers a highly unique work environment, fostering continuous learning and a culture of support and camaraderie. In addition to providing clinical assessments, you will participate in regular clinical meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
Requirements
- Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing intake or assessment services
- Minimum of six months of teletherapy experience
- Ability to work for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time spent in client sessions
- Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour/week for the 1st four weeks, and then 30min/month on-going
- Have exceptional skills in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis and DSM-5 criteria
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for diagnostic evaluation.
- Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
- Have a reliable internet connection for conducting video sessions
- Availability between 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. PST Monday through Friday preferred
