Construction Estimating Coaches

About the Role

CourseCareers trains hundreds of students online every month, and we’re excited to launch a new course dedicated to helping students kick-start their careers in construction estimating. We’re looking for experienced construction estimators to join us as paid coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in this critical field.

What We're Looking For

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction estimating or a related field (e.g., cost analysis, quantity surveying, project management).

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Compensation

Your income as a coach will depend on the time, effort, and quality you bring to your sessions. Here’s what you can expect:

• $1,000–$2,000 per month with just 2–3 hours of coaching weekly.

• Top coaches can earn $5,000–$15,000+ monthly as they build their coaching practice.

This role offers more than just income — you’ll play a key part in shaping the next generation of construction estimators, helping students develop meaningful careers in a field you’re passionate about.
