Configuration Specialist (Remote- US Based)

About this Role
The Configuration Specialist (CS) is focused on setting up and maintaining client software configurations. This role involves a deep understanding of our software interface, an exceptional eye for detail, and a strong capability for collaborative work with the Solutions Consultant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Configuration: Implement configurations accurately and efficiently using the
software's interface based on detailed requirements documentation from the customer and/or
Solutions Consultant. - Continuous Improvement and Updates: Manage and implement improvements and updates
during the initial 6 months of client onboarding. - Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for configuration-related issues and
work with Support to resolve more complex problems. - Quality Assurance Collaboration: Partner with the Solutions Consultant for Quality Assurance
(QA) processes, ensuring high configuration standards. Identify and resolve any issues found
during QA, assuring effectiveness and reliability. - Handling Mergers, Splits, and Additional Locations: Adjust configurations for merging or
splitting instances (locations) based on client organizational changes. Implement configurations
for additional locations, maintaining consistency and compliance. - Training and Documentation: Maintain detailed configuration documentation for future
reference and training. As needed, record training sessions for clients, ensuring effective use of
the software configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability in customizing software to meet customer needs, with strong customer service
skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities necessary for collaborating
with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks.
