About this Role
The Configuration Specialist (CS) is focused on setting up and maintaining client software configurations. This role involves a deep understanding of our software interface, an exceptional eye for detail, and a strong capability for collaborative work with the Solutions Consultant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Configuration: Implement configurations accurately and efficiently using the
    software's interface based on detailed requirements documentation from the customer and/or
    Solutions Consultant.
  • Continuous Improvement and Updates: Manage and implement improvements and updates
    during the initial 6 months of client onboarding.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for configuration-related issues and
    work with Support to resolve more complex problems.
  • Quality Assurance Collaboration: Partner with the Solutions Consultant for Quality Assurance
    (QA) processes, ensuring high configuration standards. Identify and resolve any issues found
    during QA, assuring effectiveness and reliability.
  • Handling Mergers, Splits, and Additional Locations: Adjust configurations for merging or
    splitting instances (locations) based on client organizational changes. Implement configurations
    for additional locations, maintaining consistency and compliance.
  • Training and Documentation: Maintain detailed configuration documentation for future
    reference and training. As needed, record training sessions for clients, ensuring effective use of
    the software configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability in customizing software to meet customer needs, with strong customer service
    skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities necessary for collaborating
    with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote:$43,000-$47,500 USD per year
