We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Analyst to join our team in Washington (REMOTE), District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Job Description:

• Architects, designs, and implements moderately complex configuration management solutions
• Supports back-end infrastructure of configuration management environment.
• Queries databases for reporting.
• May develop technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provides 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and client technical issues.
• Analyzes root causes for configuration management issues and identifies corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience identifying and resolving complex configuration management issues, and integrating configuration solutions with relational databases.
• Secret clearance required.
• Fully Remote, occasional travel to client site in Washington, DC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrates working knowledge of scripting.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of MS Sysprep and OS Imaging methodologies 
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of all infrastructure technologies.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory Policies, LAN topology, routers, hubs, switches and network protocols, including WAN/Frame Relay, and TCP/IP, IPX.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding and knowledge of defining, managing and validating configuration areas using common tools like Concurrent Versions System (CVS), Visual Source Safe (VSS), ClearCase, SubVersion (SVN) for multiple projects.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of windows server administration to include AD and LDAP as well as virtual servers.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is Min: $57,240 - Max: $119,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
