The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:
Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting the Video Tele-Conferencing space which will include Zoom Administration, EndPoint Management and support of other services owned by the VTC team.
What You Will Do:
- Participate in installation, troubleshooting, and testing of equipment and systems working with internal and external partners.
- Create and maintain inventories of all equipment owned and supported by the VTC team. Ensuring it’s accuracy for billing and vendor management purposes.
- Work with vendors to ensure equipment is maintained and managed per our contracts.
- Develop and assist with vendor release management by coordinating dates, times, change tickets and Service Desk information.
- Responsible for testing new functionality and release planning which includes associated documentation and processes.
- Ensures all content in self-service, organizational site, and operations playbook are reflective of releases, enhancements and user experience.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining our team playbook.
- Update software versions on existing Polycom and Cisco endpoints to current version.
- Respond to and troubleshoot internal and external client needs and requests per our SLA’s. Participate and support MIMs against our services.
- Work directly with key customers for audio/video conferencing services.
- Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills are required
- Detailed oriented.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- 1-3 years Zoom Administration, EndPoint Management (specifically Cisco and Polycom)
- U.S. Citizen Required
- Location: REMOTE

- Preferably 3-5 overall experience with Zoom Administration, Video and Audio Conferencing and EndPoint Management
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
