The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual to join us as a Compliance Operations Manager. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This is a full-time remote opportunity based in the United States. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that compliance department records and processes adhere to policies, standards, workflow procedures, and regulatory, payer, and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee compliance education programs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track completion rates for compliance educational courses
- Manage compliance hotline, vendor relationships, investigations, and data collection
- Manage requests from the compliance department regarding data, investigation, education, and other records
- Develop reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding compliance activities
- Assist with any non clinical compliance investigations as needed
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance by researching and conveying relevant requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, law or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year of data analytics, project management, or paralegal experience
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team

This is a Full-Time role with an estimated annual salary range of $70,000-$90,000 base salary + bonus and benefits.
