We have an exciting new remote opportunity with our Digital Technology (DT) Global Digital Delivery Organization - Finance Team for an Digital Technology Compliance Manager.

What You Will Do:

Our team leads the development and deployment of the IT finance systems and applications which power P&W's Commercial and Military OEM and Aftermarket network, which includes engine assembly, engine overhaul, part repair, line maintenance and engine fleet management. 

In this role you will be involved in every aspect of the compliance activities of the finance and compliance application team. Working with a collaborative team, you will ensure compliance to standards set by the auditing teams.

The position will work on ensuring compliance for the finance and legal application team.

This role requires strong hands-on auditing experience, including:

- Prepare annual audit plan, coordinating with RTX Internal Audit, Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Compliance and Pratt & Whitney Digital Technologies Cyber Security Risk Management teams.

- Coordinate audit requests with application subject matter experts.

- Document audit request items.

- Manage and track audit corrective action items, including within the Archer risk management system, including being the project manager for some items.

- Audit of finance and legal applications to ensure SOX and RTX policy compliance, including monitoring of application change controls.

- Work closely with the SAP Security Team to ensure mitigation of SOD control issues.

- Coordinate CLARA and ATO reviews for applications.

- Global Trade focal for DT.

- Manage the DCMA-DCAA Eagle Portal, ensuring compliance is maintained.

Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and business partners.

- Perform related duties as assigned.

- Moderate domestic and international travel (5-10%) may be required

due to customer locations in different time zones, customer meetings can occur outside normal business work hours.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- BS degree with 8+ years of prior relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of prior relevant work experience; OR in lieu of a degree, 12+ years of prior relevant work experience.

- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience related to application development or application auditing.

- Participated as an auditor for finance applications.

- Managed more than three digital technology projects.

- Experience with the Archer risk management system.

- Experience with the Service Now system.

- Extensive experience in understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
