ABOUT THE ROLE
Bluevine is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Legal and Compliance team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting compliance initiatives internally, work closely with other teams to provide support on compliance issues, and contribute to Bluevine’s continued success. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate, analytical, results driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Prior banking experience is a plus.
This is not a fully remote role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model. In office days for Redwood City, CA are Tuesday & Thursday.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in helping Bluevine meet bank partner expectations on compliance matters, including quarterly monitoring, partner compliance testing, compliance management system (CMS) management, external audits and issue remediation
- Assist team with internal monitoring and testing activities; coordinate with various business teams for information and required data elements necessary for internal control testing
- Help build strong relationships with business teams across Bluevine to help support Compliance initiatives
