LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid in our Westwood Office: 3 days on-site; 2 days remote)
REPORTS TO: Senior Counsel

The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our expanding and dynamic Legal & Compliance team. This role will involve conducting comprehensive compliance assessments and reviews, as well as managing various licensing responsibilities to ensure regulatory adherence and support organizational objectives.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Legal & Compliance team in the design, implementation, and execution of various compliance assessments and reviews related to our products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to efficiently gather and organize documents and information requested by regulatory agencies for licensing reviews and annual reporting.
- Managing the preparation and submission of license applications, as well as overseeing the timely renewal of existing licenses.
- Assisting in the management of complaints and litigation-related matters.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex, technical, and critical matters clearly.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration and coordination with team members.
- Comfortable working with data and numerical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- Relevant experience in regulatory compliance is advantageous, but not necessary.

How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
- We are targeting an hourly rate of $25 to $30
- This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
