The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Compensation Consultant for the MedSurg Business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the process of evaluating jobs within the business to ensure roles are properly classified. Conducting salary market pricing analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to HR colleagues and leadership, providing consultation and solutions on a wide range of compensation-related issues, including compensation structures, salary increases, promotions, and pay equity.
- Designing and delivering compensation training and educational resources to business leaders and HR teams, ensuring they have a solid understanding of compensation structures, processes and policies.
- Providing guidance on recognition and retention programs.
- Owning and/or supporting various compensation processes across the organization, such as annual compensation planning, compensation communications, pay equity and other key compensation …
