Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Outreach Enrollment Specialist for our Pre-Care team.

This is a remote position that will include fieldwork in the New York City area.

Department & Position Overview:

The purpose of the role is to connect to community centers, leaders, to FreedomCare. The  Outreach Enrollment Specialist will be the face of FreedomCare and help us grow the company through community partnership. They would work with hospitals, health plans, healthcare associations, and directly with people in need.  

Every Day You Will:

  • Proactively create and nurture new relationships within NYC communities 
  • Assist in organizing and hosting NYC events CDPAP events to raise awareness and generate leads 
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers and community leaders to expand outreach efforts; utilize industry contacts to enhance company visibility  
  • Develop and implement tactics to effectively reach target demographics and communities  
  • Independently create reports to track and monitor lead development 
  • Effectively collaborate with internal team to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with company goals 
  • Generate qualified leads for CDPAP program, targeting 10-15 per week or 40 per month 
  • Track and report on outreach activities, including leads and partnerships established 
  • Act as a primary representative for the company, embodying professionalism in attire and communication style 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout NYC territories  
  • Previous experience in community outreach, event planning or sales 
  • Proven track record of developing leads and meeting set targets 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences 
  • A passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience.
