About the Role
The Stitch Fix team is looking for an internal communications leader to lead internal communications for our People & Culture and Operations teams, and support our broader efforts to inform, engage and inspire Stitch Fix employees.
The Communications Lead will ideally be based in the Bay Area and will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications.

- Develop strategic internal communications plans and content for the People & Culture and Operations divisions that ladder to the company’s broader business strategy. Specific communications initiatives you will support include, but are not limited to: benefits communications, talent management communications and organizational changes.
- Be a trusted partner who provides data driven counsel to leaders and stakeholders, with a focus on People & Culture and Operations leaders. Build and maintain cross functional relationships in order to successfully execute communications plans.
- Execute division-specific events (e.g., Divisional All Hands) by partnering with business leaders on end-to-end planning and leading execution including content development and management of logistics.
- Support enterprise internal communications programs by leading or supporting large-scale initiatives as needed, including working with our external partners on our corporate awards strategy.
- Support planning of enterprise-wide, internal communications led events including being on-site at our San Francisco, CA Headquarters as needed.
- Be a brand ambassador by protecting and promoting the Stitch Fix brand and always looking for opportunities to tell the Stitch Fix story to employees.
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of communications by tracking the effectiveness of all People & Culture and Operations communications and advising on pivots as needed.
- Identify communication gaps and challenges and create solutions to overcome them.

- You have a breadth of communications experience – You have 5+ years of experience in communications roles, ideally within the retail and/or technology industries. You have direct experience supporting communication efforts for Human Resources/People & Culture teams. Additionally, you have experience supporting a de-centralized workforce.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
