We’re searching for our next Communications Associate to work with our teams across federal, state, and local government client accounts. If you’re passionate about mission-driven communications and the positive impact it can have to solve challenges, we’d love to talk to you. Position can be remote, but Southeasten US is preferred. Some travel may be required. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with account teams to develop and implement communications strategies designed to educate or move audiences to a specific action. 

  • Work with our creative services team to develop the full scope of communications products (presentations, overviews, program summaries, web copy, diagrams, illustrations, social media, videos etc.) for government agencies 

  • Coordinate projects with internal creative services and technical teams to ensure we meet deadlines and milestones 

  • Proactively drive projects from concept to completion, working closely with the client and client team 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field 

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, either in an agency or working within a communications department of an organization 

  • 2+ years’ experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent 

  • 2+ years’ experience with orchestrating the development marketing collateral (print and online) and marketing channels (e.g. e-mail, social, and events) 

  • Ability to travel approximately 10%

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$52,488.00 - $89,230.00
