It’s an exciting time at UnitedLex and we are seeking a Communications Assistant Manager to support our global marketing team as we enter a new era of company growth!  This high-profile role will have responsibility for internal communications and event management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications regarding our company and people in the market. 
  • Manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other global events.  Create and adhere to budget and interact with vendors regarding contracts and invoices.
  • Plan and book international and domestic travel arrangements for marketing team attendance at events.
  • Collaborate with extended marketing team members to execute program plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with lines of business and functional departments, especially HR.

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES: 

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred. 
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Marketing support position, drafting communications.    
  • Excellent writing skills to support a variety of internal communications.  
  • Experience planning and booking international travel and events. 
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new and updated software. 
  • Excellent consulting, listening and communication skills, demonstrated with the ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, applied with a solution-focused positive attitude. 
  • Enjoys fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment that focuses on a team-oriented approach.

Salary Range:  

The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility within the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000/year. Select roles are additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the form of our Annual Performance Bonus Program.
